令和6年2月20日(火)福島町役場にて寄付金の贈呈式が行われました。
February 20, 2024, a donation ceremony was held at the Fukushima Town Hall.

President Nakatsuka presents a catalog of gifts to the Mayor of Fukushima Town.
今回の寄付の背景には、一時は統廃合の対象となる瀬戸際にあった北海道福島商業高校の志望者数が増え、存続の見込みが立ったことがあげられます。
特に福島町にある北海道福島商業高校の教育の充実のために使っていただき、福島町がこれからもより一層魅力的な地域になる一助になれば幸いです。
The reason behind this donation is that the number of applicants to Hokkaido Fukushima Commercial High School, which was at one time on the brink of being subject to consolidation, has increased and there are now prospects for its continued existence.
We hope that you will use it especially to enhance education in Hokkaido Fukushima Commercial High School in Fukushima town, and help make Fukushima Town an even more attractive place to live in the future.
