令和4年10月5日と6日の2日間、地元福島町の北海道福島商業高等学校の2年生によるインターンシップ(就業体験)が行われ、当社で1名の生徒を受け入れました。
インターン生の安田吏翔君は元気ではきはきとした挨拶をしてくれました。
On October 5 and 6, 2022, we accepted a second-year student from Fukushima Commercial High School in Fukushima city, Hokkaido, for an internship (work experience).
Intern Rito Yasuda gave an energetic and crisp greeting.
ポリマーセメントモルタルの実物を見せてもらったり
He was shown the actual polymer cement mortar
ドローンの操作を教わったり
also he was taught to operate a drone.
色んな人の話を聞いて、熱心にメモをとってくれました。
He listened to many different people and took notes with great enthusiasm.
2日目は鉄筋加工体験
Second day: rebar processing experience
魚礁ブロックには焼いたホタテの貝殻が使われていることにびっくり！
Amazing that the fish reef blocks contain burned scallop shells!
安田くんも小学生の頃、きりんクレーン写生会に参加してくれたそうです。
Intern Yasuda also participated in the Kirin Crane sketch session when he was in elementary school.
興味を持って質問してくれる姿勢がイイ！挨拶もしっかりしていて立派だね！という声がどこの現場でも聞こえました。
I like your interest and willingness to ask questions! And your greetings are so well organized and respectful! I heard from all people who met him.
2日目の最後に、今回学んだ事を社長に報告しました。
社長から中塚建設が安全目玉の発祥であることを教わり、目玉シールのプレゼントがありました。
At the end of the second day, He reported to the president what he had learned this time.
The president taught him that Nakatsuka Construction Company is the originator of the safety eyeballs(MEDAMA) and presented him with eyeball(MEDAMA) stickers.
中塚建設で働きたい！と言ってくれたことを私たちは誇らしく思います。
これからもそんな風に思ってもらえる会社であり続けるために、私たちもＡＢＣ(当たり前のことをばかになってちゃんとやろう)の精神で励みます。
