松城小学校で写生会を開催、中塚建設も協力しました。
通算二度目となります。

A sketching event was held at Matsushiro Elementary School, and Nakatsuka Construction was pleased to provide its support.
This was the second time we have participated in the event.
3年生16名が参加してくれました。
A total of 16 third-grade students took part.
朝の段階では雨が降りそうなあやしい天候、肌寒いくらいでした。
The weather in the morning was uncertain, and it even felt a little chilly as if it might start raining at any moment.
気づけば青空が見えるようになり、暑くなりました。
参加者の皆さんはとても積極的に質問してくれました。
「どうやって運転席に昇り降りするの？」 ー足をかけるステップと手すり
「ここのふたは何のふた？」 ー給油口のキャップ
「この銀の棒は何？」 －アウトリガーの油圧シリンダー
「エンジンの音ってどんな？」 －ぶーん・・・軽油で動くエンジンだよ
伝わるように答えるのが難しかったですが、たくさん質問してくれて嬉しかったです。
However, before long, blue skies appeared and the day turned pleasantly warm.
The students were very curious and asked many questions, including:
- “How do you climb up to the driver’s seat?”
– Using the steps and handrails. - “What is this lid for?”
– It’s the fuel cap. - “What is this silver rod?”
– It’s the hydraulic cylinder for the outriggers. - “What does the engine sound like?”
– Vroom… It’s a diesel engine.
It was sometimes difficult to explain these things in a way that the children could easily understand, but we were delighted by their enthusiasm and all of their questions.
朝に校長先生から「うちの子たちは晴れ男・晴れ女が多いですからきっと晴れます」という言葉を聞いていました。
まさにその通りになりました。
今回もみんなに描いてもらえてよかったです。

Earlier that morning, the principal had told us, “We have many children here who bring good weather with them, so I’m sure it will clear up.”
That turned out to be exactly right.
We were very happy that so many students once again drew our Giraffe Crane.
